💳 Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sanctuary by CS purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Non-returnable items: Used candles.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Exchanges: We replace items only if defective or damaged. Contact us with a photo of the issue.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
